Clint Eastwood sued three makers of CBD products in Los Angeles federal court Wednesday for allegedly using a online scam with a “wholly fabricated ‘news article’” about him to sell their goods.
Eastwood said the fake article features the headline “Big Pharma In Outrage Over Clint Eastwood’s CBD,” and includes photographs of him and a fake interview where he was said to promote a specific line of CBD products.
